Many dieters buy crisps (chips) and biscuits or make pies for the rest of the family. Do not keep these foods in your cupboard or refrigerator. In this way, you will not have to test your will.

5- NEVER MAKE YOUR GROCERY SHOPPING WHEN YOU HUNGRY.
If possible, go to the grocery store after eating. You will be less tempted to buy high calorie foods or unnecessary foods.

6- NEVER EAT WHEN YOU ARE PRESSED.
The diet should be an important activity, enjoyable and satisfying. If you do not have time to eat slowly and calmly, rearrange your schedule.

7- WHEN YOU FEEL THE NEED TO TAKE A SNACK, TAKE A FRUIT, VEGETABLE GREEN OR A TEA.
You can also just try to clear your mind by calling a friend, reading or taking a walk.

8- EAT SLOWLY, SAVORING YOUR FOOD.
This measurement will be full faster, thus avoiding a second flat. It is precisely this second part that is excessive and encourages overweight.

9- DO NOT WEIGH MORE THAN ONCE PER WEEK.
